Pre-Construction Coordinator

Serving as a key liaison between estimation and project management, she initiates projects by establishing master service agreements with subcontractors and issuing purchase orders to vendors, ensuring labor and materials are secured from the start. She coordinates dig locates, inspections, and testing; manages schedules for crews, equipment moves, subcontractors, and inspections; and supports field operations through material tracking, deliveries, traffic control plans, and right-of-way coordination to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. She also prepares project closeout documentation and owner turnover packages.
